Conditions of Sale
Each Eric’s Estate & Jewelry auction is conducted under the terms announced with that sale. By registering to bid, in person or online, you accept those terms together with the conditions below.
Bidding
Every gemstone piece is inspected and graded by a GIA-trained gemologist and is guaranteed to be exactly as described. Lots are sold as described with full condition information; bid with confidence.
No buyer’s premium
The price you bid is the price you pay. We do not add a buyer’s premium at checkout; only shipping and any applicable sales tax are added to your invoice.
Shipping
We ship quickly and insure your purchase. Items are shipped once payment has cleared in full.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and other methods announced with each auction. Sales tax is added where required.
